Will Ferro relocated from West Chester, Pennsylvania, to the Daytona Beach area in 2013, seeking a lifestyle change for his family. The moment he drove over the Dunlawton Bridge and took in the natural beauty of the area, he knew they had found something special. One of their first memories was heading straight to the beach, feet in the sand, sun on their faces, and the ocean as their backdrop. It was the beginning of a new chapter in paradise.

 

Will launched his real estate career in the summer of 2015 in Ormond Beach. At the time, the market was full of opportunities, especially in Ormond-by-the-Sea, where affordable single-family homes were plentiful. He quickly developed a passion for helping buyers find the home or condo of their dreams while delivering results they could trust.
